What is the difference between Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans?

These "Metal Levels" represent how you and the insurance company split costs:

Bronze has the lowest premiums but the highest costs when you receive care.

Silver has moderate premiums and is the only level eligible for Cost-Sharing Reductions (CSRs).

Gold has higher premiums but the lowest out-of-pocket costs for frequent care.
