What If I Disagree With My Plan Recommendation?
The recommendation is a starting point — not a final answer.
That's completely fair — and it happens.
Our recommendation engine acts as an agent copilot — it selects the strongest plan based on the information you provided. But there are things it doesn't know: your specific medications, your preferred doctors, your exact income, or a health condition beyond what you shared.
A few reasons the recommendation might not feel right:
- Your priority changed — if you selected "prescription costs" but premium really matters most, the recommendation will reflect that first answer
- You have a specific doctor or hospital — network matching requires a provider search the tool doesn't perform
- Your medication wasn't the one we checked — the formulary link in the email lets you verify your specific drug
- You want to compare multiple options — our tool returns one recommendation by design, but your agent can show you alternatives
What to do:
Don't enroll until you feel confident. Use the formulary link to check your medications. Then connect with a licensed agent who can compare additional plans and answer your specific questions.
