If your coverage effective date has arrived but your physical cards haven't, don't panic. We can pull your Member ID and Group Number directly from our agent portal.
Additionally, you can visit the insurance company's website, create a member profile, and access a digital or temporary ID card that you can print out or show on your smartphone at your provider's office.
