Denied Medicaid and Can't Afford Marketplace?
This is often referred to as the "Coverage Gap."
When you're denied Medicaid because your income is too high, and can't afford Marketplace health plans you have a few options.
Depending on your health, look at Bronze level plans. While the deductibles are typically higher you'll pay a lower monthly premium.
If cost is still an issue look at Supplemental Plans. While these do not replace comprehensive health insurance they can provide financial relief with cash benefits.
