When you answer a few simple questions through our chatbot — state, coverage type, diabetes status, and what matters most to you — our recommendation engine gets to work.

Here's what happens behind the scenes:

1. We query our plan database
Your answers trigger a search of our proprietary database, which contains plan data for ACA Marketplace plans across our licensed states. The data is sourced directly from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) public use files — the same source carriers submit to the federal government.

2. We filter for the right plans
We automatically exclude dental-only plans, catastrophic plans, and income-based cost sharing variants that aren't available to most enrollees. What's left are standard Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans available in your state.

3. The AI selects the best fit
Our AI reviews the top plans returned and selects the single strongest fit based on your health profile and priority. It looks at deductible structure, copay amounts, disease management programs, drug deductible integration, and formulary coverage. Think of it as an agent copilot — doing the research before the conversation even starts.

4. You get a personalized recommendation — in your inbox
The recommendation arrives as a branded email with your plan's key details, a plain-English explanation of why it was selected, and a link to verify your medications on the carrier's formulary. The whole process takes seconds. No forms. No sales calls. No pressure.
